You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If a user misrepresents their age, Go Active LLC is not liable for any resulting consequences.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permits or permissions for using any public or private sports venues.

Users acknowledge that participation in sports activities carries inherent risks and agree to assume all responsibility for their personal safety.

Users agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies.

Users may not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, or engage in fraudulent activities. Go Active LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from false representation or impersonation by users.

Users are solely responsible for any medical conditions they may have, and Go Active LLC does not evaluate or assess users' health status for participation in any activity.

Users explicitly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to injuries, exhaustion, medical conditions, or unforeseen physical complications.

Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, and threats are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for any harassment, stalking, or abuse conducted by users within the App or during in-person interactions. Users must report any misconduct directly to local authorities.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the App or participation in any event organized through it.

The App only serves as a platform to facilitate connections between users and does not endorse or verify the safety of any activity, venue, or individual.

Users waive any claims against Go Active LLC, its affiliates, employees, or partners arising from the use of the App.

Go Active LLC does not guarantee the availability, safety, or quality of any venues, playing fields, courts, or related facilities.

Users acknowledge that participation in activities arranged through the App is at their own risk and that Go Active LLC has no obligation to provide insurance coverage.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for resolving disputes, fights, or altercations between users, and users assume full responsibility for their actions and interactions.

Any disputes between users must be resolved independently, and Go Active LLC assumes no responsibility for such disputes.

In the event of force majeure incidents such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, civil disturbances, or government restrictions, Go Active LLC shall not be liable for service interruptions, cancellations, or damages.

Users agree that Go Active LLC is not responsible for any side bets, gambling, private payments, or financial agreements between users outside of the App, including payments negotiated through GoActive chat or other communication features.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during any activities, meetups, or events organized through the App.

Users acknowledge that Go Active LLC does not endorse or verify any individuals, hosts, or organizations and that they should exercise due diligence when engaging with other users.

Users may subscribe to a premium membership ranging from $5 to $15 per month. Premium members may access exclusive facilities and book courts through the App.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for the availability of facilities, scheduling conflicts, or any additional fees charged by third-party facilities.

Subscription plans may be modified or terminated at Go Active LLC's discretion, with or without notice.

Users must maintain accurate billing information, and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Certain state laws regarding automatic renewals and cancellations may apply, and Go Active LLC will comply where required.

Users may not use the App to promote or engage in illegal activities, unauthorized solicitations, spamming, or fraudulent transactions.

Users may not create multiple accounts for deceptive or manipulative purposes.

Go Active LLC reserves the right to report illegal activity, fraudulent behavior, or suspicious transactions to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Users are strongly encouraged to follow local health, safety, and emergency protocols when participating in activities arranged through the App.

Users should ensure proper warm-ups, hydration, and responsible play to minimize injury risks.

Go Active LLC does not endorse or certify any users, teams, hosts, or event organizers and bears no responsibility for their actions.

Go Active LLC may allow users to host events or tournaments through the App. Hosts may undergo background checks and verification, but Go Active LLC does not guarantee their safety, reliability, or conduct.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for any actions, behaviors, misconduct, negligence, or criminal activity committed by hosts, as the company is not present on-site for events.

Users acknowledge that they attend and participate in hosted events at their own risk and discretion.

All payments for entry fees and prizes must be processed through Go Active LLC's approved payment methods.

Go Active LLC is not responsible for any payments, financial transactions, or winnings arranged outside the App, including but not limited to side bets and external transactions negotiated between users.

Users who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be permanently banned from the platform.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where Go Active LLC cancels a tournament or event. No refunds will be given for voluntary user withdrawals.

Payouts for winnings may take up to 10 business days to process, subject to fraud prevention and compliance checks.

Users acknowledge that winnings above $600 per year may be subject to IRS 1099 reporting and are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Go Active LLC reserves the right to hold funds for inactive accounts for up to 12 months before they are forfeited.

Go Active LLC is not a money transmitter or bank, and reserves the right to comply with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

If users participate in events at third-party facilities, Go Active LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or disputes that arise.

Users acknowledge that third-party vendors and facilities have their own policies, fees, and liability waivers, which users must comply with.

Go Active LLC does not guarantee the condition, safety, or availability of any partner venues.

All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.

Users waive the right to file or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS or AAA in accordance with their applicable rules.
